How do AI styling suggestions work?
You can chat with our AI stylist anytime to get outfit ideas. Suggestions are tailored to your wardrobe, preferences, and the day ahead.
Does Threaded use weather to plan outfits?
Yes. Threaded can factor in your local forecast to suggest weather-appropriate outfits and layers.
Is Threaded fit/body-type aware?
Yes. You can share your fit and style preferences so recommendations feel like you.
Can I organize my closet?
Yes. Threaded helps you categorize and search your items so you always know what you own.
Is Threaded free to use?
Threaded is free to download and use. We also offer a premium tier for users who want extra styling capabilities.
What are the usage limits?
Free accounts include 10 styling prompts per week, 5 lifetime wardrobe scans, and 1 lifetime wardrobe analysis. Premium includes 50 styling prompts per week, 50 wardrobe scans per month, 10 wardrobe analyses per month, and image background removal.
How do subscriptions and billing work?
If you choose premium, billing is handled through the App Store or Google Play. You can manage or cancel your subscription there at any time.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are handled by the App Store or Google Play based on their policies.
Is my data secure?
We take privacy seriously. Your data is stored securely and used to provide the product experience. Pictures used for scanning are processed and are not stored. Read our Privacy Policy for details.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. You can request data deletion at /data-deletion or contact support, and we will process it.
Does Threaded support sharing or a calendar feature?
Not yet. We may explore these features in the future, but they are not available today.
